With over 30 years of experience in the maritime industry, my professional journey began in claims, culminating as Global Deputy Claims Manager for an International Group P&I Club, managing high-value marine claims and claims handlers across four countries. My maritime career, backed by a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Leeds University in the UK, has shaped an analytical approach to problem-solving and strategic communication while honing my ability to quickly grasp intricate technical concepts and translate them into effective marketing strategies tailored to specialized industries.

 

I launched my own management consulting and marketing firm, 15 years ago,  specializing in quality auditing (in maritime claims and underwriting) and digital marketing for the maritime sector while also working with clients in fields as diverse as traffic management, dermatology, healthcare, and pet care.
